Cy’s works were incorporated into song portfolios of compositions and arrangements by multiple pianists. For example, in the “Famous Piano Solos” portfolio (undated), comprised of works originally published by Famous Music Corporation, Cy’s music is republished with that of Jack Fina, Henry Mancini, Steve Allen, José Mellis, and Frankie Carle. Of Cy’s compositions and arrangements published by Famous, included are “Heart and Soul” (Hoagy Carmichael); “I’m Yours” (Johnny Green); “Isn’t It Romantic” (Richard Rodgers); “It Could Happen To You” (James van Heusen); “Louise” (Richard Whiting); “Lover” (Richard Rodgers); “Mrs. Malaprop” (Cy’s own composition); “Moon River” (Henry Mancini); “My Geisha” (Franz Waxman); “Penthouse Serenade (When We’re Alone)” (Will Jason and Van Burton); and “That Old Black Magic” (Harold Arlen).
